Very aptly named, Artsong
lets you see what your fractal image "sounds like". Load a bit map
into the program, set a number of parameters, play, and it traces a pattern
over the bit map and creates music, various musical parameters being determined
by the Red/Green/Blue values of the pixels it traverses.
Results can be very interesting! Currently both shareware and also
a registered version which is a much fuller piece of software and very
reasonable. Projects and style parameters can be saved and midi files
produced as well.
